Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return/refund approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is incorrect, defective or damaged. We can then evaluate & correct the issue.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
Exchanges
Exchanges will require approval but can be requested during the returns process. Approval will be dependant on stock levels. If we cannot provide you with the same item, you can request an item of the same value or a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
